Fleet Key Service for Oklahoma

What we handle for fleets, without a trip to the dealership
Most fleet keys don't need the dealer. We come to your lot, make and program the key there, and the vehicle goes back into service the same visit. No driver tied up shuttling a vehicle to a dealership and back, no unit sitting in a service queue for a key. We'll tell you up front the few cases where the dealer is the only option.
- A driver lost the only key. We make a new key at the vehicle, wherever it's parked, with no tow. Push-to-start fobs included.
- A key broke, wore out or stopped working. We replace it and program it on site, and we'll tell you if the ignition itself is the problem.
- You want a spare for every unit. We cut and program duplicates in bulk at your lot, one visit, so a lost key never sidelines a vehicle again.
- New units arriving with one key. We add the second key before the vehicle goes into service.
- Mixed fleet. Pickups, vans, sedans, SUVs, across makes and model years, on the same visit. We carry the key stock and the programming equipment for nearly every make, including vehicles that need manufacturer software.
How fleet service works
- Standing or on-call. Set a regular visit for duplicates and new-unit keys, or call us when a key goes missing. Either way we come to your lot.
- One contact, one invoice. You tell us the unit, year, make and model; we handle the rest. One itemized invoice per visit or per month, and we'll work with your company's payment terms.
- Vendor onboarding. W-9, certificate of insurance and license on request. We're registered on vendor portals and can be added to yours.
- Hours. Monday to Friday, 9 to 5. We'll work around your lot's schedule within that.
- Statewide for fleet accounts. We're based in Oklahoma City and cover the metro daily. For bulk fleet work we travel anywhere in Oklahoma; travel is built into the quote.
Why fleets use a specialist
A general locksmith can cut a plain key. Modern fleet vehicles need more: transponder programming, push-to-start fobs, and on newer models the manufacturer's own security software, which requires a credentialed technician. Our team holds the NASTF Vehicle Security Professional credential, carries the programming equipment for nearly every make, and keeps the key stock to handle a mixed lot in one visit. Twenty-five years of locksmith experience behind it.
