Do I have to tow it to the dealer?
No. We come to you — home, work, or wherever the vehicle is. Travel within 20 miles of downtown Oklahoma City is included; past that it's $3 per mile, up to 60 miles. Fleet accounts are quoted separately, statewide.
I lost every key. Can you still help?
Yes. We make keys for vehicles with no working key at all — we don't need an existing key to make a new one.
Do you need my VIN?
It's helpful but not required for most vehicles. Having it lets us bring the right key with us.
Do I need to prove the vehicle is mine?
We'll just need to see your ID and something showing the vehicle is yours, like the registration, insurance card, or title. It only takes a minute.
Do I need a key fob, or will a plain key work?
Depends on the year. Keyed-ignition models get a standard key or a key with a built-in remote; push-to-start models get a key fob.
How do I schedule?
